Right To Cancel Policy

The following is our Right to Cancel Policy

  1. You are entitled to cancel any order placed by you on our website :http:///www.sweet-aromas.co.uk if you contact us in writing via email to customersupport@sweet-aromas.co.uk within 24 hours of placing that order. A full refund shall be issued to you within 14 days of our receipt of this request to cancel.
    1. In the event that we receive your request to cancel and the stated order has been dispatched then a full refund shall be issued upon receipt of the returned goods.
    2. In the event that you wish to cancel and the goods have been dispatched then you have a period of 14 days after the day on which the goods come into your physical possession or the person that you have asked for the goods to be delivered to.
    3. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods in either case
    4. It is your responsibility to send the goods back to us or hand them to some-one who has been appointed by us to collect them on our behalf unless we have agreed to collect them in person.
    5. You must send the goods back to the address that we have specified by us for returns. If we have not given an address to which you may send them then you can send them to back to any address that we have specified for you to use to contact us or our listed business address.
    6. Any refunds will be issued by us to the payment method that you have used to place the order unless otherwise agreed by us with you.
    7. Unless we specify otherwise any returns that are to be collected by us in person any costs incurred by us performing this action will be payable by you.
