You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless you use the Return Shipping on PayPal which you must activate in your PayPal account.
It is your responsibility to send the goods back to us or hand them to some-one who has been appointed by us to collect them on our behalf unless we have agreed to collect them in person.
You must send the goods back to the address that we have specified by us for returns. If we have not given an address to which you may send them then you can send them to back to any address that we have specified for you to use to contact us or our listed business address.
Any refunds will be issued by us to the payment method that you have used to place the order unless otherwise agreed by us with you.
Unless we specify otherwise any returns that are to be collected by us in person, any costs incurred by us performing this action will be payable by you.
Should any goods arrive broken or faulty then please contact us via our Contact Form or via our email within 7 days of receipt. The goods must be returned to us at your own cost unless you use the Return Shipping on PayPal service which you must activate in your PayPal account. We shall either send a replacement item to you or we shall issue you a full refund via the payment method you used to purchase the goods depending on which option you choose.
You will have 14 days to return the goods to us and upon receipt of the goods (or a valid proof of posting) we shall issue you either a replacement item(s) or a full refund via the payment method you used to purchase the good(s) in question depending on which option you choose.
Should an item arrive broken then we will require photographic evidence of it.
No refunds will be issued outside the payment method you used to purchase the goods unless we otherwise agree by both us and you.
